PLEASE NOTE: Multiple entries from the same Nominator (person completing the form) for the same Nominee (the candidate or the business) will be processed as one nomination.

• Choose a category (you are welcome to enter in more than one category). All nominations are treated in confidence and only seen by the judging panel and/or category sponsor.
• In the ‘Reason for Nomination’ section (marked number 5 on the form) you will need to submit a minimum 300-word biography of the candidate/business, along with their key achievements to date and why they deserve to win.
• Provide marketing information including Company/Product logo, and/or Headshot of candidate (maximum 2MB JPEG).
• Provide any ‘Additional Supporting Information’ you feel relevant (marked number 10 on the form), such as Turnover, official Social Media handles (for example LinkedIn profile), statements of recommendation, any special initiatives, any recent press coverage, etc.
• Full contact details of both the Nominator and the Nominee must be correct, including mobile numbers or the nomination will be rejected.
• If you nominate for a particular category, we reserve the right to add you into another relevant category.
• You may submit your entry via the electronic form in each relevant award page before or on the closing date stipulated.
