Together we rise. Together we ROAR!
Visibility Isn't Vanity. It's About Inspiring the Next Generation.
CELEBRATING WOMEN. BREAKING BARRIERS.
Behind every successful woman is a story that rarely makes it into her professional biography. A story of courage, determination and the barriers she’s had to overcome along the way.
Because success isn’t just about reaching the top. Sometimes, it’s about everything it took to get there.
Women are building businesses, leading organisations, challenging conventions and transforming communities. They’re opening doors, creating opportunities and making their mark – often without the recognition they deserve.
That’s where the BPA Empowering Women Awards come in.
The awards shine a spotlight on exceptional women whose leadership, ambition and achievements deserve to be celebrated.
And it’s about far more than a trophy.
BECAUSE THE NEXT GIRL IS WATCHING.
When a woman is recognised, somewhere a young girl is watching. She’s seeing someone who looks like her succeed, lead and challenge expectations.
Suddenly, what once seemed impossible starts to look achievable.
That’s the real power of recognition.
From entrepreneurs and professionals to educators, creatives and community champions, every woman’s journey may be different, but their impact reaches far beyond their own achievements.
Recognition isn’t simply about applauding success. It’s about challenging perceptions, opening minds and inspiring the next generation.
We’re not just celebrating how far women have come. We’re showing the next generation how far they can go.
